1. Booking & Initial Payment
At the time of booking, customers are required to pay:
- The specified Deposit Amount, plus
- The selected Additional Services Amount (such as flight tickets, railway tickets, meals, etc., if applicable).
This initial amount confirms your booking and allows us to begin travel arrangements.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you choose to cancel your booking, refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the following terms:
✅ Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Booking
- 4% of the total paid amount will be deducted.
- The remaining amount will be refunded.
- The deduction covers payment gateway processing charges.
⚠ Cancellation After 10 Days of Booking
- 80% of the paid amount will be deducted.
- 20% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- The deduction covers booking arrangements, administrative expenses, and third-party reservation commitments as per agreed terms.
❌ Cancellation Within 7 Days Prior to Travel Date
- 100% of the paid amount will be deducted.
- No refund will be applicable.
- At this stage, payments have already been made to hotels, transport providers, and other third-party vendors, and we are contractually bound by their policies.
However, we will make every possible effort to recover and refund any amount (if feasible) from vendors, though this cannot be guaranteed.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 30–45 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
Payment Schedule Policy
To ensure smooth travel arrangements, payments must be completed as per the following schedule:
🔹 At the Time of Booking
- Deposit Amount + Additional Services Amount
🔹 15 Days Prior to Tour Date
- 50% of the Remaining Balance
🔹 7 Days Prior to Tour Date
- 35% of the Remaining Balance
🔹 2 Days Prior to Tour Date
- 15% of the Remaining Balance
Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation of booking without refund of the deposit amount.
Important Notes
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banking processes and third-party settlement timelines.
- Special bookings (train tickets, flight tickets, peak season bookings, customized tours) may be subject to additional cancellation policies.
